Dans des conditions de vent assez modéré une lutte, bien que acharnée aux côtés d'adversaires de haut niveau, n'a pas suffit à nous remonter dans le classement. La population de la ville de Horta sur l'île de Faial, dite aussi l'île bleue, est accueillante, chaleureuse et nous fait partager sa  douceur de vivre. Il ne faut pas non plus oublier le lieu mythique "Chez Peter" café incontournable pour tout marin, impossible de ne pas aller y boire un Gin Tonic. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;entraînement&lt;/span&gt; d'hiver class40 en double à Lorient &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;coaché&lt;/span&gt; par Tanguy LE GLATIN. Le vent s'est invité à la fête.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1er jour : Prise de contact, découverte de l'équipage en manoeuvres, mise au point des techniques de virement.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2éme jour : Mise en application des techniques de la veille, prise de repères, réglage des voiles, études de cas.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3éme jour : Vent fort, le bateau reste à quai, paramétrage du pilote, validation des repères, recherche d'améliorations techniques du bateau, essai du tourmentin et de la voile de cape, présentation des logiciels Optima et Tactique de chez ADRENA.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;dernier jour : Essai du pilote avec différents paramètres étudiés la veille, virements et réglages de voiles&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Comme on a aimé, le samedi suivant, technique d'empannage, coordination entre les voiles d'avant et la GV, réglage du pilote.
